TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT??????

OK the closer we get to the 2012 Election I have come to the conclusion the Republican Party will do the same thing this election that they did in the 2008 Election!

A BIG NOTHING WITH THE SAME TIRED OLD MESSAGE AND A BUNCH OF HAPPY JOY JOY RHETORIC....

Maybe I'm just off base here but can someone tell me what has Trump done to be President!
(I'm just saying)

The only thing that I've heard from The Donald is the birther argument PEOPLE THAT IS NOT A REASON TO VOTE A PERSON INTO OFFICE!!!!

Let's say the birther movement revials that President Obama was not born in the U.S. do you really think that the people whom have worked to get him elected would change anything?

Not going to happen...

For the people who are going to argue with me about this lets look at the past.

Over 70% of Americans where against the healthcare plan but it happened, people where against the bail out plan that both Presidents Bush and Obama did but it happened! So if you look at the past nothing will happen.

Now with that being said I think that people should challenge anything they don't agree with including the birther question, our Constitution give anyone the right to a voice and I don't want to take that away from anyone.

If the birther question is the reason that people would vote for The Donald then the Republican Party is doomed in this next Election.

MR TRUMP ON FOX NEWS

Now back to the new Republican kid on the block. Lets look at his past.

Financial problems (1989–1997)

By 1989, the effects of the recession left Trump unable to meet loan payments. Trump financed the construction of his third casino, the $1 billion Taj Mahal, primarily with high-interest junk bonds. Although he shored up his businesses with additional loans and postponed interest payments, by 1991 increasing debt brought Trump to business bankruptcy and the brink of personal bankruptcy. Banks and bond holders had lost hundreds of millions of dollars, but opted to restructure his debt to avoid the risk of losing more money in court. The Taj Mahal re-emerged from bankruptcy on October 5, 1991, with Trump ceding 50% ownership in the casino to the original bondholders in exchange for lowered interest rates on the debt and more time to pay it off.

On November 2, 1992, the Trump Plaza Hotel was forced to file a prepackaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection plan after being unable to make its debt payments. Under the plan, Trump agreed to give up a 49% stake in the luxury hotel to Citibank and five other lenders. In return Trump would receive more favorable terms on the remaining $550+ million owed to the lenders and retain his position as chief executive, though he would not be paid and would not have a role in day-to-day operations.

By 1994, Trump had eliminated a large portion of his $900 million personal debt and reduced significantly his nearly $3.5 billion in business debt. While he was forced to relinquish the Trump Shuttle (which he had bought in 1989), he managed to retain Trump Tower in New York City and control of his three casinos in Atlantic City. Chase Manhattan Bank, which lent Trump the money to buy the West Side yards, his biggest Manhattan parcel, forced the sale of a parcel to Asian developers. According to former members of the Trump Organization, Trump did not retain any ownership of the site's real estate - the owners merely promised to give him about 30 percent of the profits once the site was completely developed or sold. Until that time, the owners wanted to keep Trump on to do what he did best: build things. They gave him a modest construction fee and a management fee to oversee the development.

Now The Donald has made a big come back and I really like Mr. Trump but not for President...
Bottom line for a Republican Party win the Party will need to focus on the Economy, Jobs, The U.S. Debt, AND A NEW MESSAGE NOT THE SAME ONE FROM THE MID 80'S and reaching out to Black and Hispanic voters. (I will post a blog about this later this week)

It's time for the Republican Party put it's big boy pants on, stop with the ADHD MENTALITY and come together with a real agenda that has solutions PERIOD ENOUGH SAID...

THE 3/5TH CLAUSE - THE REASON BEHIDE THE MADNESS

Written By  S.C.Young

This past week the United States Constitution was read in the House of Representatives something that has not been done in over 200 years. Unfortunately some parts of The Constitution were not read. One part that was not read was the 3 / 5 Clause and many people have mistaken the meaning to be Pro Slaver...

The 3/5 Clause found in Article 1 Section 2 of the Constitution has been missed understood since it was written. The 3/5 Clause was drafted because the way Southern Democrat Slave owners wanted their slaves counted in order to get a majority of representation in The House Of Representative in means that the Southern state knew if they could maintain a majority they could strike down any antislavery legislation.

Representation by population turned out to be more complicated than most anticipated. More questions came up, such as, Who counted? Were slaves, for example, people or property? As people, they would add weight to the Southern delegations in The House of Representatives. However, as property, they would add to the tax burdens of those states.

What emerged to solve this problem is known as the 3/5 Clause. Which states, All free persons plus "three-fifths of all other persons" constituted the numerical base for the appointment of representatives. By using "all other persons" as a substitute for "slaves" indicates the discomfort of acknowledging the existence of slavery in the constitution.

The 3/5 Clause was not meant to say Blacks where only 3/5 of a person as some people have stated.   But that the Southern Slave Owners could not count all of his or her slaves for Representation.
At the time 3/5 Clause was drafted the Southern population was 50% Black therefore giving their owners more power on The Hill....

For more on this and more please see the video below....

IT'S THE NEW YEAR - CAPITOL HILL IT'S TIME TO GET TO WORK

It's a new year and it's time to roll up our sleeves and get to work. On Jan 5 the 112 Congress convenes on Capitol Hill and there's a lot on the table to cover. The repeal of the Healthcare plan, the U.S. debt, the Afghan war,and many other problems that our nation faces....

Will we see these things tackled or will the progressive left continue to push it's Social agenda that will surely send us into disaster. I my opinion we will see The G.O.P. stop and try to reduce the spending, earmarks cut, repeal or cut funding for the Obamacare, get the economy stabilized, and create job growth all in all i think we will see The G.O.P. try to make some moves but the Progressive left will try to head them off at the past and create grid lock... I think the Elected Tea Party officials will hold everyone accountable for all the legislation and bills that are written from this point.

Keep your eyes out from the Obama Administration evoking Executive powers to by pass congress. I feel that we will see The Dream Act, Cap and Tax, and a push to spend more money.

In the end I think 2011 will be a very interesting year in Politics.

THE GREAT LIBERAL DECEPTION

WASHINGTON — Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. named a veteran federal prosecutor on Monday to examine abuse of prisoners held by the Central Intelligence Agency, after the Justice Department released a long-secret report showing interrogators choked a prisoner repeatedly and threatened to kill another detainee’s children.

In my opinion this was done to take the eye off of the Health Care debate. Liberal's are great at 2 things 1. distortion of the facts and 2. Political propaganda. This is a great example of what they are good at, you see in my opinion they had already decided that this probe was going to be done way before Pres. Obama was elected. They just waited to for the right "opportunity"!

I like to call it Political Chess, keep your opponent all base so you can make you're move to win the game. Right now H.R. 3200 is a hot topic and Americans are up in arms about this Bill. The Conservative Media including myself have shine the light on how bad this Bill is and keep the hammer on how bad it is so people will continue to go to the Town hall meetings and voice their opposition against this Bill.

What's the best way to take the heat off of H.R. 3200?

Start doing something that the Conservative Media will go nuts over and start talking about "how can they or It's not right" ect... Now I know this is a important subject that could put our Country in harm, but the Conservative Media will start harping on this for the next week and will forget about The Health Care Bill and people will start to get lacked on the issue and everything will calm down. Then the LIBERAL Media will report more about this probe which will drive the Conservative Media to Shot louder, have it analyze, asking question about, and loss their minds over. By the time Capital Hill comes back from break, H.R. 3200 will be at our door step and the heat will have died down!

I'm not saying that it should not be a part of the conversation I just hope it does not become the whole conversation for the next 2 weeks. I just have one question for everybody!

How can we stop it? Until we as Conservatives have the Power "VOTES" there is nothing we can do and if the Conservative Media think the Libs care then we are in trouble! It time to come together as one voice work hard at getting the people in office that will GIVE US TO VOTES TO STOP this group from moving forward with it's agenda!

I could be wrong about this but I've seen this happen more than once.

Colin Powell On Face The Nation

I have the up most respect for Gen Powell! He is right about all he said on Face The Nation. Rush is a Entertainer that makes 40 Million a year to ENTERTAIN he is not a GOP Leader nor will he ever step up and run for Government. Remember he is a talk show host Rush is all about how many Ad dollars he brings in! When Rush runs for a Senate or House Seat, or President then I will hear what he has to say. Rush has a right to his opinion but he is not the Leader of the GOP Rush is playing the ratings game that all he is doing! The louder he barks the more people will listen and the more MONEY his advertisers will pay!

Thirty-four of these are to six-year terms, from January 3, 2011 to January 3, 2017. The 2010 Republican Elections to the United States Senate

Elections to the United States Senate will be held on November 2, 2010, with at least 36 of the 100 seats in the U.S. Senate being contested. Thirty-four of these are to six-year terms, from January 3, 2011 to January 3, 2017. They will join Senate Class III, which traces its roots back to the senators who served full six-year terms from March 4, 1789 to March 3, 1795. Elections to the United States House of Representatives as well as some state and local elections will occur on the same date.

In addition to the 34 senators in Class III, there will be two special elections in 2010 to fill unexpired terms. One of these elections will be in Delaware to fill the last four years of the Class II seat previously held by Vice President Joe Biden. In 2008, Biden was simultaneously reelected to his seat in the U.S. Senate, a seat he had held since 1972. His resignation from the Senate seat resulted in Democratic then- Governor Ruth Ann Minner appointing Democrat Ted Kaufman to the seat until November 2010. Kaufman has since stated that he will not run for the unexpired term in 2010. This seat will again be up for election in 2014 for a full six-year term. The other special election will be held for New York's Class I seat previously held by by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. Clinton was reelected to her second term in 2006 but was confirmed as Secretary of State in January 2009, which resulted in Democratic Governor David Paterson appointing Democratic U.S. Representative Kirsten Gillibrand to the seat until November 2010. Gillibrand has stated that she will run for the unexpired term in 2010. This seat will again be up for election in 2012 for a full six-year term.

The current composition of the U.S. Senate going into the 2010 elections is a result of the 2008 elections, in which Democrats gained eight seats. The Democratic Party gained another seat with the political realignment of Arlen Specter on April 28, 2009. The U.S. Senate is currently composed of 57 Democrats, 40 Republicans, and two IndependentsJoe Lieberman of Connecticut and Bernie Sanders of Vermont, both of whom caucus with the Democrats—and one outstanding seat in Minnesota. Of the seats expected to be up for election in 2010, 18 are held by Republicans and 18 by Democrats.

Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) Chairman Robert Menendez of New Jersey has stated he does not expect any other Democratic retirements besides Ted Kaufman.

Now let's take a look at how many Republican seats are up for grabs.

We have 13 Republican incumbents seats and State they are from
You can click on each name for more information on the Senator

1 Richard Shelby of Alabama - was reelected with 68% of the vote in 2004 Shelby's 2010 campaign committee had over $13 million on hand as of September 30, 2008, and will stand for reelection in 2010.

2 Lisa Murkowski of Alaska - was reelected to a full term in 2004 with 48.6% of the vote. Murkowski has announced that she will seek reelection

3 John McCain of Arizona - was reelected with 77% of the vote in 2004. McCain has signaled his intention to run for a fifth term in 2010

4 Johnny Isakson of Georgia - was elected with 58% of the vote in 2004. Isakson has announced that he will run for reelection.

5 Mike Crapo of Idaho - was reelected against only token write-in opposition with 99% of the vote in 2004 after Idaho Democrats failed to produce a candidate before the filing deadline. Not sure if he will run for Reelection.

6 Chuck Grassley of Iowa - was reelected with 70% of the vote in 2004. Conservative Republicans suggest Grassley may face a primary challenge due to his lack of support for their issues.

7 Jim Bunning of Kentucky - was narrowly reelected with 51% of the vote in 2004 against his Democratic opponent, then-state Senator Daniel Mongiardo, after several of Bunning's controversial actions made the race close. Bunning intends to run for reelection, but some Republicans are trying to talk Bunning out of running again.

8 David Vitter of Louisiana - was elected with 51% of the vote in 2004. Vitter has announced that he will seek reelection.

9 Richard Burr of North Carolina - was elected with 52% of the vote in 2004. Burr is considered a vulnerable incumbent due to his poor approval ratings (currently in the mid-30 percent range) and low profile statewide.

10 Tom Coburn of Oklahoma - Freshman Republican Tom Coburn was elected with 53% of the vote in 2004. Coburn raised less than $20,000 in the fourth quarter of 2008 and reports less than $55,000 "cash on hand." This has caused some observers to speculate that he is not preparing to run for reelection in 2010.

11 Jim DeMint of South Carolina - Freshman Republican Jim DeMint was elected with 54% of the vote in 2004. DeMint has raised 2.2 million dollars for his intended reelection bid.

12 John Thune of South Dakota - Freshman Republican John Thune was elected with 51% of the vote in 2004. Thune will likely run for a second term in 2010.

13 Bob Bennett of Utah - Three-term Republican Bob Bennett was reelected with 69% of the vote in 2004. Bennett intends to run for reelection.

We have 17 seats that are up for reelection.

Intending To "Infiltrate" The Tax Day Tea Party

April 8th, 2009

You’ve heard about ACCORN, Huffington Post and others calling for people to “infiltrate” Tea Parties? Well we’re glad to have ACCORN, Huffington Post and others join in these revolts.

Do they come innocently? We have proof that at least one “infiltrator” intends to crash the Tampa Tea Party. Read Texpeare’s comments on one of my YouTube posts and judge for yourself what his or her intentions are:

“Hey, conservatives!! Nice to see you finally learned to use a computer. Looking forward to filming you wasting tea like you wasted our retirement funds. See you Tuesday!”

We look forward to Texpeare & other “infiltrators” joining us in this movement. And who knows, maybe they’ll learn something about the cause and effect of government spending and their bungling of economies.

… And maybe learning the date of tax day: WEDNESDAY April 15th. Not Tuesday. But maybe Texpeare is one of nearly half of all American’s who don’t pay taxes and so isn’t burdened with knowing when tax day is… simply waiting for this Administration to “cut” the taxes he doesn’t pay by sending him a check in the mail.

(We call that “spending” ‘round here.)
